Terms for the Colusa County Surplus Auction: As is - Where is. A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all items sold in this sale.  Government agencies are exempt from having to provide smog certificates and safety inspections to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for both. A $45.00 transfer fee will not be charged.

Payment Terms:
All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash, or check will be accepted. No credit cards will be accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer. Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips may take up to 20 days.

Removal of Items:
All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale and removed by Monday, June 2nd, 4:00 PM.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. It is for this reason that buyers should avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection prior to auction time. All items shall be sold "as is, where is" with all its faults.
