Terms for the CONSIGNMENT Auction:

Consignments: General Consignments will be accepted until Feb 24th. For Vehicle Consignments, auction co. must have pink slips in hand by Feb. 17th. No Exceptions. Please call to make delivery/receiving arrangements.

As is - Where is. A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all items sold in this sale, unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash, check, or credit cards will be accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer. Processing of Pink Slips make take up to 20 days.

Removal of items: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale and removed by: 2:00pm on Monday, March 1st, 2004.
