released unless funds are guaranteed.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale.
Cash, check, and credit cards will be accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a
Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer.
Processing of Pink Slips may take a minimum of 25 days.
Removal of items: All purchases must be paid for on the
day of the sale and removed by: Monday, March 7th, 2005 at
12pm. The Forklifts will be leaving the site at this time.
