As is - Where is. A 10% Buyers Premium applies to this sale and will be added to all purchases.
A $45.00 Transfer Fee will be charged to buyers of registered vehicles.
A $38.00 Smog Fee will be charged to buyers of County Vehicles only.
All DMV transfers will be handled by a licensed dealer.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash, cashiers check or credit cards accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a
Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer.
Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips requires a minimum of 20 days.
Removal of items must be made by 4:30pm sale day, or between 8am and 2pm
