Terms
for the CHICO CONSIGNMENT Auction
As is - Where is. A 13% Buyers Premium applies to this sale and will be added to all purchases.
3% of the Buyers Premium will be discounted if payment is made with cash or check.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash,
Cashiers Check or Credit Cards accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a
Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer.
Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips requires a minimum of
25 days.
Other Terms: After auction, the guns will be turned over to
a licensed dealer and transfer of ownership will meet the
requirements of the law.
Removal of items: All purchases must be paid for on the
day of the sale and removed by: 4:00pm on Monday, September 8,
2003.
