purchases. Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale.
ONLY Cash, Cashiers Check will be accepted. Sorry, NO Credit Cards. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer.
Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips may take a minimum of 25 days.
Removal of items: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale and removed by:
