Auction:
As is - Where is. There is NO Buyers Premium. All vehicles will be sold
with clear titles. Applicable vehicles will be sold with smog
certificates.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash, cashiers check or credit cards accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a
Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer. Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips requires a minimum of
30 days.
Removal of items must be made by Friday, December 20th at 4:00pm, unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
