Our recommended directions to the Nevada County Surplus Auction:
1. Heading east on Hwy 20/49 in Grass Valley,
2. Take the Brunswick exit to the right (SE), Go 1.3 miles,
3. Turn left on Loma Rica Dr., County yard is on the left. Signs will be posted.
Terms for the Nevada County Surplus
Auction: As is - Where is. A 13% Buyers Premium applies to this sale and will be added to all purchases.
3% of the Buyers Premium will be discounted if payment is made with cash or check.
Government agencies are exempt from having to provide smog certificates and safety inspections to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for both. A $45.00 transfer fee will
not be charged.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash, cashiers check or credit cards accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a
Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer. Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips requires a minimum of
30 days.
Removal of items must be made by 4:30pm sale day, or between 8am and 2pm
