As is - Where is. A 10% Buyers Premium applies to this sale and will be added to all purchases.
Government agencies are exempt from having to provide smog
certificates and safety inspections to the buyer. Buyers are
responsible for both.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash, cashiers check or credit cards accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a
Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer.
Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips requires a minimum of
30 days.
Removal of items: All purchases must be paid for on the day
of the sale and removed by: Monday, May 24th 2004. NOTE:
Yard will be closed on Sunday.
