from 8AM to Noon, Monday March 26th and Tuesday
March 27th 8AM to 3PM, Wednesday
March 28th 8AM to 10 AM.
Items located off site will
have the inspection information and details outlined in the
description of the lot.

| The Buyer is solely responsible for picking up his/her own purchases.
Auction lots located at 4936
Bell Road Chico, CA may be picked up on Wednesday March
24th starting at 1PM to 5PM Sharp. Thursday and Friday
from 8AM to 3PM Sharp. For lots not located at 4936 Bell
Road, please call 530-345-0840 to coordinate pickup. All lots
are to be picked up by Friday at 3PM unless other arrangements
have been agreed upon with the auction company.
Local Lowboy services are
available through Ramay Auctions. 530-345-0840.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28TH
You are the new owner and are responsible for your purchase as soon as the auction closes for that item. Payment must be made on
Wednesday at the close of the auction. Cash or Credit Card will be accepted. A representative will be at the
auction site to collect payment. If you are not able to pay on-site because of a scheduling conflict that you may have, please call Ramay Auctions at 530-345-0840. A representative will be available to receive credit card information over the telephone. |

All vehicles are being sold with clear titles
Smog certificates for county owned vehicles are the sole responsibility of the BUYER.
All smog related repairs if needed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
For vehicles consigned by a
private party, smog certificates will be provided to the
buyer.
Titles will be signed over to the new buyer at the time of pickup. Trip permits are required if
a previous county vehicle will be driving from the auction site.
Trip permits will be available for $15.
