AUCTION SPECIFICS

START AND CLOSE:
Bidding starts Saturday DEC 16th at 8AM (PST).

The Auction has a “SOFT CLOSING” starting on Tuesday DEC 19th at 11AM (PST).

What is "Soft Closing"?: This auction has "soft" closing times. If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last minute before closing, the time will be extended on that lot by one minute. This will continue until a full minute passes without a new bid on that lot.

INSPECTION:
Items located at 4936 Bell Road Chico, CA may be inspected from 8AM to 1PM on Saturday, December 16th.

Lots being sold by the County of Butte County may be previewed at 14 County Center Drive Oroville, CA 95965 (Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM).

PICKUP:
The Buyer is solely responsible for picking up his/her own purchases.

County of Butte County items located at 14 County Center Drive Oroville, CA may be picked up on Tuesday, December 19th from 12PM to 4:00 PM and Wednesday, December 20th 9AM to 12:30 PM.

All other items located at 4936 Bell Road Chico, CA may be picked up Tuesday, December 19th from 12 PM to 4:00 PM and Wednesday, December 20th 1PM to 5PM.

PAYMENT:
You are the new owner and are responsible for your purchase as soon as the auction closes for that item. Payment must be made on Tuesday at the close of the auction. Cash or Credit Card will be accepted. A representative will be at the designated site to collect payment. (Please read the above pickup schedule to see what sites a representative will be located.) If you are not able to pay on-site because of a scheduling conflict that you may have, please call Ramay Auctions at 530-345-0840. A representative will be able to receive credit card information over the telephone.

TAXES AND PREMIUMS:
Applicable sales tax and a 13% Buyers Premium will be added to each item purchased.

DMV:
Smog certificates for county owned vehicles are the sole responsibility of the BUYER. All smog related repairs if needed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Titles will be signed over to the new buyer at the time of pickup. Trip permits are required if the vehicle is driving off of the auction site and are available for $15.
