Terms
for this Auction:
All Items Are Sold "AS IS - WHERE IS".
Please inspect items prior to bidding. A 10% Handling Fee applies to each lot selling for $2500 or less.
All items must be paid for the day of the sale.
Processing of Pink Slips may take a minimum of 25 days. Vehicles/trailers will not be released unless funds are guaranteed.
Payment Terms: Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer between banks will be accepted (please call
for more information). All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction. No Exceptions!
Company
or personal checks must be accompanied by a bank letter of
guarantee from your bank to Ramay Auctions. Credit Cards will not be accepted.
Removal of Items:
All items must be removed by Monday July 17th . At the
request of Silver State Ranch, there will be no load out on Saturday July
15th. We will resume load out on Sunday July
16th 8AM to 5PM.
ATTENTION BACKHOE BUYERS!!
JUST IN! Silver State Ranch has requested that they sell the backhoe as planned in the upcoming auction, but they will need to keep it at the ranch until the cattle are delivered in October. Therefore, the winning bidder will only be required to leave a $3000 deposit with the balance due at time of delivery. If the Hoe is not in the condition as it was at the time of the auction, the buyer has the option to refuse the Hoe and will be returned his deposit.
