Auction: AS IS – WHERE IS. A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all items sold in this sale.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale.
Cash or Check accepted, NO Credit Cards will be accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer. Vehicles will not be released unless funds are guaranteed. Processing of Pink Slips make take up to 20 days.
Removal of Items: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale and
removed by: 4:00pm on Sunday, December 21st, 2003.
