AS IS – WHERE IS. A 13% Buyers Premium applies to all items sold in this sale. A 3% discount will be given for those buyers who pay in cash or check.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale. Cash, Cashiers Check or Credit Cards will be accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer.
Removal of Items: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale and removed by Monday, April 28th, 4:00 PM.
Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. The lease is up and the locks will be changed.
